I wanted to write this letter just before Election Day. It serves as a final reminder of what's at stake and what the Media Research Center is doing to help level the playing field.
Well... not this year.
I have to admin, I'm a little early.
But then again, so is everyone else.
Not long ago there really was an Election Day. today, thanks to weeks of early voting and widespread mail-in ballots, Election Day has become Election Month, and in some stats, Election Months. Millions of Americans will cast ballots before most campaign ads hit full stride and before many voters have tuned in to the races at all.
That means something profoundly important.
Public opinion is increasingly shaped in the weeks before Election Day, while millions of Americans are deciding who to trust and what to believe.
